Operating as one of the main importers and distributors of printing related machinery and consumables, Sado Company Ltd was founded by Carmelo Borg in 1978 and it is now operated by two of his sons Edward Borg and Pierre Borg.
By 1988, the company had expanded to outside the saturated printing market and rolled out a horizontal diversification strategy as it started importing and selling second-hand machinery in the Maltese printing industry. In 2003, Sado Company Ltd established new operations with its focus on the Computer to Plate techniques. From then onwards, the company started importing and supplying material for digital machines and has evolved in one of the key players of the industry and is one of the importers of well popular brands such as Ricoh, Roland and Kodak.
Throughout their 43 years of experience, Sado Company Ltd has always strived to deliver excellent service to its clients. This has been achievable by gaining a sound knowledge on the industry and constantly investing in developing well-skilled personnel to continuously satisfy the market and local needs.
Offering high-quality service has always been the company’s main agenda and to this day it has been its main contributor to its success – be it in servicing clients after-sales, offering engineer/technician services or choosing the ideal print machinery or consumable to match the clients’ satisfaction
